The color is a delicate pink, shot with hints of blue and gray. Medium intensity. The nose is fine yet complex with citrus, mango, and black currant aromas to the fore, together with the floral appeal of honeysuckle. Fullness on the palate, with a powerful attack. Flavors of great complexity, with red fruits, black currants, and raspberry predominating, mingled with licorice and brought together by a good carbonic maceration. The finish is full, the fruit lingering, underlined with a fine acidity.
To be drunk as an aperitif and throughout a meal, where its finesse and complexity are a perfect accompaniment to white meat and fish dishes.
