Nice pale pink with salmon-colored glints. Fine nose with notes of peach, apricot, grapefruit, and red berries. Full and rich on the palate; well balanced with a fine finish. A wine for pleasure!
Very pleasant with salads, white meat, grilled foods, and appetizers.
Destemming. Pellicular maceration under inert atmosphere for a few hours. Gentle pneumatic pressing with selection of first juices. Cold static clarification and thermos-regulated fermentation between 16° and 18°C. Aging on fine lees until bottling.
