Brilliant crystalline color. Expressive nose with notes of toasted bread, peach, pineapple, exotic fruits, and white flowers. Full and enveloping on the palate with a refreshing finishing. A very elegant wine with high expression.
A gastronomic wine. Ideal as an aperitif. Excellent with asparagus appetizers, grilled fish, fish cooked in sauce, white meat, and soft cheeses.
Destemming. Pellicular maceration under inert atmosphere for a few hours. Gentle pneumatic pressing with selection of first juices. Vinification and maturing in oak barrels for 6 months, with stirring of the lees.
