Golden, limpid, and brilliant color with silver tints. Intense and greedy nose of white flowers (jasmine and honeysuckle); secondarily, more fruity with notes of tangerine peel. On the palate, unctuous and round, with good acidity marked by citrus fruits (kumquat). Delicate baked finish. |

Aperitif wine with goat cheese. Also pairs well with fish in shallot sauce and desserts such as almond cake. |
