An unusual rosé with a deep structure and great aging potential! The color is brick red. The bouquet is complex and powerful, with notes of candied fruit, vanilla, and crème brulée. The first impression in the mouth is pleasantly powerful, with a rich taste of honey, licorice, and fruit, while the finish is fine and well rounded.
Served at a temperature of 58°F, this wine is excellent with sophisticated dishes like fish or seafood with spicy sauces. It also fares well with classic specialties, such as duck with green olives, grilled lamb, or even lobster and crayfish.
