Château de Saint Martin – Cru Classé
Côtes de Provence - Cru Classé
Tibouren, Grenache, Cinsault

Bright peach-pink with purple tints. Intense, aromatic nose, sensual, voluptuous fragrance of wild strawberry. Aromas evolve to pink grapefruit and flowers: old rose and peony followed by lily and violet. Unctuous palate with notes of apricot jelly, blackberry, papaya, and wild pansies followed by citrus fruits. A touch of grapefruit is pleasantly surprising on the finish.

Aperitif wine; also pairs very well with sweet and savory foods.
Grapes are harvested by machine at night
Process includes skin contact for 6 hours, fermentation at between 59°F and 63°F, and aging in an underground cellar, carved from rock.
Positioned at the junction of two geological areas; soil is a combination of clay and grit, well suited to wine culture and wine production
