Château Saint Pierre
Côtes de Provence
Beautiful pale, glossy color. Floral nose, with white flowers and broom flowers evolving into dried fruit notes, including pineapple. Lively, pleasant attack. A soft, full, round wine. Flavors reflect the nose. Well balanced with great aromatic length.
Ideal for grilled fish and shellfish dishes.
Grapes are handpicked at the height of their maturity
Grapes are harvested by hand and macerated in a vat for 4 hours. The temperature is strictly controlled and maintained at 57.2°F. The grapes are gently pressed, and the juice then undergoes a natural decantation process for 24 hours to eliminate undesirable plant and mineral matter. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 68°F. The wine is kept in vats until bottling.
Mainly clay and limestone
