Côtes de Provence
Lovely pale color. Intense, fruity nose with delicate violet and mango aromas. Rich and ample wine in the mouth, opening on a strong aromatic taste of exotic fruits.
Grapes are harvested by machine and sorted manually
Grape varieties: 80% Vermentino, 20% SémillonProcess: skin maceration for 12 hours, fermentation at low temperature
Schistose soil
40 to 45 hectoliters per hectare
10,000 bottles
