Côtes de Provence
Beautiful pale pink color. Elegant nose with notes of white flowers, spices, and fresh fruits (peach and lychee). In the mouth, this pleasant and ample wine develops a brilliant finish with aromatic potential.
Grapes are harvested by machine and sorted manually
Grape varieties: 60% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 20% Tibouren
Process: skin maceration for 12 hours, fermentation at low temperature
Schistose soil
40 to 45 hectoliters per hectare
50,000 bottles
