Côtes de Provence

60% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 10% Syrah

A nose of fragrant, fruity roses. Suave and complex, with a floral retro-olfaction.

New world cuisine

• Grapes are harvested entirely by hand
• No use of chemical weed killers
• Vineyards are in the last year of organic reconversion

Grapes are destemmed and pressed after a short pellicular maceration period. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
