Château Sainte Marguerite
Côtes de Provence - Cru Classé
Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre
Eye: Light pink hue, clear and brilliant.
Nose: Sharp and complex; notes of lilac and grapefruit.
Mouth: Rich, ample, and generous; lively entry and good length; aromatic and balanced; hints of citrus and exotic fruits.
Pairs nicely with Mediterranean dishes and Asian cuisine. Very pleasant as an aperitif. Serve chilled.
Grapes are harvested both manually and mechanically; organic farming certified by Ecocert
Process includes skin maceration, thermoregulation, vat maturation on lees, and fine filtering before bottling.
