This is a pale pink rosé with a slightly purplish hue. Its aroma is a delicate blend of pineapple and fresh pears. On the palate it is fresh and light at first, but gaining in volume. It provides a nice balance between freshness and roundness, with an aromatic, spicy finish. |

Grapes are machine harvested early in the day at an outside temperature not exceeding 50°F. |
