40% Cinsault, 40% Grenache, 20% Shiraz

This is a pale pink rosé with a slightly purplish hue. Its aroma is a delicate blend of pineapple and fresh pears. On the palate it is fresh and light at first, but gaining in volume. It provides a nice balance between freshness and roundness, with an aromatic, spicy finish.

Grilled fish, white meat, goat cheese, Japanese and Chinese food, Italian cuisine
Grapes are machine harvested early in the day at an outside temperature not exceeding 50°F.
Pellicular maceration at 50°F for 6 to 8 hours. Fermentation occurs at a temperature not exceeding 63°F in vats. No malolactic fermentation.
