Pale crystal-clear seductive color, this wine is brimming with aromas of citrus and red fruits. In the mouth, you feel the juiciness of apricots before finishing on a long lasting and acidulous final on pink grapefruit.
Enjoy on its own, as an aperitif, and with all types of Mediterranean cuisine.
Traditional winemaking process.
The terroir of the Coteaux-Varois-en-Provence AOC is characterized by a rugged landscape where parcels of vines grow at an altitude of between 200 and 500 meters.
Due to the alternation of hot weather during the day and cool temperatures at night, the grapes ripen steadily and evenly, developing aromatic complexity.
Terres de Saint Louis is produced from vines growing on hillsides overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, with Agri Confiance certification -- the mark of a sustainable, responsible approach to agriculture and the environment. The vineyards' elevation (200-500 meters) provides the cool nighttime temperatures and warm, sun-filled days needed to produce this type of wine.
