The winegrowing estate is classified AOC Côtes de Provence and is more than a century old. The estate used to bring the grape harvest to the local cooperative, but when Gilles and Pascale Pons took over in 1997, they decided to make their own wine. They built a modern winery and called the domaine "Les Valentines" after their children, Valentin and Clémentine. Château Les Valentines now covers approximately 100 acres.
